Coming from a family of dentists, I always knew I wanted to care for others. For me, Dentistry is more than a profession; it is a meaningful medium for human connection. I have always been drawn to the unique intersection of science and art, and dentistry allows me to blend both. It is deeply personal for me to help people feel confident in their smiles. My approach is rooted in empathy, precision, and genuine love for people. Whether it is creating a subtle enhancement or guiding you toward long-term oral wellness, I believe in personalized, honest, and thoughtfully delivered care. Each one of you brings your own story – and I’m honored to play a small but impactful role in it.
Dr. Sands and I earned our Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the State University of New York at Stonybrook. I completed my General Practice Residency at Northshore University Medical Center, where I deepened my clinical training in oral surgery, cosmetic dentistry, dental emergency management, and care for the medically complex patient.
As a lifelong learner, I am dedicated to continuing my education and staying up to date on the latest research and findings to provide the best possible care for everyone who walks through our doors. Currently, I am pursuing a 300-hour comprehensive dental implantology curriculum from New York University and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.
I value the relationships I build with our patients as I create healthy, beautiful smiles. I have a passion for people, and I feel blessed to be a part of a profession that affords me the opportunity to form life-long relationships. I am grateful to care for our patients, families, and friends, and welcome new patients to our dental home.
